All content, materials, and associated intellectual property detailed within this framework are the exclusive assets of ICOSA. This includes methodological structures, proprietary metrics, pedagogical philosophies (such as "Evaluation as Dialogue"), and strategic visions like the "Borderless Graduate."

2. Usage Restrictions

Unauthorized reproduction, public distribution, or "white-labeling" of ICOSA assessment parameters, evaluation criteria, or digital workflows for any commercial or competitive use is strictly prohibited.

Violation will result in immediate legal action and pursuit of all remedies under international copyright laws.

3. Security Obligations

School IDs and Passwords are proprietary assets. Sharing these credentials leads to a severe breach of policy. The institution is solely responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality.

4. Permitted Use

Accredited institutions are granted a non-exclusive license to use the ICOSA Seal of Quality for:

  • Promotional Materials

    Websites, brochures, social media.

  • Academic Documentation

    Transcripts, certificates, diplomas.

  • Physical Display

    Signage, plaques, school uniforms.

  • Public Relations

    Press releases regarding quality status.

Legal Permissions

Requests for reproduction must be submitted in writing to our Legal Department.
